Founded by Managing Director, Shaun Jefferies, who grew tired of the stigma surrounding the industry and who identified this as an opportunity for positive change. Shaun Jefferies
Originally from a marketing and advertising background, Shaun worked with some of the leading brands and organisations in South Africa such as Volkswagen, Caltex, Audi, Distell, British American Tobacco and South African Breweries to mention a few. Whilst operating nationally and managing the Cape Town branch, Shaun enjoyed the responsibility of training and upskilling employees which he has always been very passionate about. Later on qualifying as a Skills Development Facilitator he pursued his passion and personally assisted 200+ organisations with the development and implementation of their Employment Equity and Skills Development structures.
